White Oak of Charlotte’s skilled nursing center is a 180 bed licensed facility staffed 24 hours a day with healthcare professionals. It enjoys the reputation of providing excellent care in home-like surroundings. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. The interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each resident in coordination with the physicians’ orders. The service of White Oak is much more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, the facility staff strives to enhance the quality of life for each resident.
