Our family caring for yours
At White Oak of Rutherfordton, we pride ourselves on a warm feeling of home as well as caring, loving and professional staff that work daily to provide southern hospitality and compassion as you are welcomed into our family.
We’re a bit different from other facilities due to our small size (80 beds) which enables the staff to have very personal relationships with every resident.
We offer long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation. Each are specifically designed to improve a resident’s functional status and independence after a hospital stay.
Our therapy department assists our rehabilitation residents in regaining endurance, stamina, strength, mobility and balance to the best of their ability for a smooth transition home.
Services
Along with short-term rehabilitation and long term care, White Oak of Rutherfordton offers therapy programs in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. We offer full-time transportation to and from doctor appointments. We also offer on-sight dental, vision, opthamology, podiatry, and psychiatric services.
