The most important requirement when choosing White Oak was the quality of care. My expectations were met and surpassed in every way. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and caring from the receptionist, social worker, admissions, nursing staff, therapy, kitchen, maintenance, etc. I have never encountered anyone at White Oak that was not courteous and the quality of care my mom has received is the BEST.
