White Oak of Burlington

White Oak of Burlington is a 160 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within a short drive from Alamance Regional Medical Center.  We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation.  Additionally, we offer independent living apartments at Oak Creek.

Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day.  Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders.  The service of White Oak of Burlington is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs.  Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Get To Know Our Facility

 

A native of Mooresville, NC, Banks moved to Burlington in 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University as well as his Master of Business Administration degree from Grand Canyon University. Banks came to White Oak in 2022 through our Administrators in Training program and successfully earned his nursing home administrator’s license in 2023. He is a former NC Department of Public Safety officer and project manager for custom home construction. He has worked extensively with veterans’ charities and has a CNA license.
